About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AU Human Resource professional to provide expert guidance on Australian employment legislation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • The ideal candidate must have at least 3-4 years of experience and proven expertise in Australian employment legislation, with a strong emphasis on Western Australian (WA) laws and compliance frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of Australian workplace legislation, especially WA-specific regulations.
  • Prior experience managing or advising on HR matters related to Fair Work, Industrial Relations (WA), and public or private sector employment frameworks.
  • Relevant HR qualifications or certifications preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to work remotely.
  • Key tools used: MS Excel, ClickUp, Shared Up.
