Job Overview

This role is designed to support our leadership teams in their daily operations, focusing on administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and reliable, have a strong work ethic, and pay close attention to detail.

The successful applicant will perform a variety of administrative duties, answer emails and phone calls, provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts, create content for the company's social media channels, prepare presentations according to instructions, make travel arrangements, maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail, anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience, and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize are essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and planning skills are necessary
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required
  • A wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of 20Mbps+ is necessary
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately at a rate of 20+ words per minute is required

Physical Requirements
