The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and freeing up time for strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements while staying on top of deadlines and tasks.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplier management and internal processes.
  • Coordinate logistics, events, and internal communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide basic finance support and liaise with the finance team when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is essential.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills are required.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability is necessary.
