Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of high-impact content across marketing channels. This role requires a versatile content professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, crafting narratives, developing content systems, and leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency while maintaining quality.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or content marketing, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to write for various formats and audiences. They will be proficient in content planning, editorial calendars, and messaging frameworks, and have experience working with AI writing tools and prompt engineering principles.

This position involves translating marketing goals into content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion, identifying content gaps, audience needs, and opportunities to evolve messaging and format, and supporting cross-functional initiatives with strategic content planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the content roadmap across channels including web, campaigns, social, and internal/external communications
  • Translate marketing goals into content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Identify content gaps, audience needs, and opportunities to evolve messaging and format
  • Support cross-functional initiatives with strategic content planning and execution
  • Write, edit, and optimize compelling content for enterprise marketing campaigns, client-facing materials, and digital touchpoints
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or content marketing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to write for various formats and audiences (especially B2B)
  • Proficiency in content planning, editorial calendars, and messaging frameworks
  • Experience working with AI writing tools and prompt engineering principles
