Senior Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Develop and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Create original and compelling content for digital platforms, including social media posts, email marketing copy, and online features.
  • Write effective copy tailored to different audiences and platforms, balancing creativity with clarity.
  • Design simple but polished visuals using graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques. You will also have experience working with analytics tools and reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute digital marketing activities that support our branding, enrollment, and content strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that drive results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production and alignment of materials.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and apply insights to improve future executions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content production, or campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting marketing for education, enrollment, or student-focused programs.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and email marketing.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, trends, and workflow processes.
