Content Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to lead our brand's online presence.

  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Develop content calendars with proposed photo and video ideas.
    • Plan what to shoot and how.
    • Write engaging captions and select hashtags optimized for reach and branding.
    • Coordinate with team or third-party photographers/videographers to execute content shoots.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and maintain social media pages.
    • Schedule and publish posts based on planned content calendar.
    • Respond to comments or coordinate with the team for inquiries that come in.
  • Campaign Execution & Ads Management:
    • Plan and run targeted ad campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Monitor ad performance and make adjustments when necessary.
    • Propose new ways to promote high-end units, events, or promos.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Analyze post and campaign performance using platform analytics.
    • Recommend content and strategy improvements based on data.
    • Report monthly engagement trends and results.
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in content planning, digital marketing, or social media management.
    • Strong creative sense for photo/video storytelling.
    • Knowledge in Facebook Ads Manager and basic analytics.
    • Excellent written English.
    • Up-to-date with social media trends.
    • Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar content design/video editing platforms is a plus.
  • Work Setup & Schedule:
    • Hybrid or office-based work setup with occasional on-site shoots or coordination with the vehicle team.
    • Standard working hours; flexible based on shoot schedules and campaign runs.
