About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to help shape the external presence of our consultants across key areas and industries.

This unique role blends strategic marketing acumen with communications expertise. Working at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, you'll convert our consultant's deep industry knowledge into compelling narratives, secure premium speaking platforms, and build the kind of market recognition that opens doors and drives measurable business impact.

You will work directly with our consultants and client-facing professionals, mining their deep expertise and transforming it into market-moving content that positions our firm as the definitive authority in business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Development
    • Partner with consultants to identify and develop compelling thought leadership narratives that showcase their unique expertise and market perspectives
    • Demonstrate exceptional writing skills by transforming complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content across multiple formats (articles, whitepapers, social media, video, podcasts)
    • Craft thought-provoking content that positions our consultants as forward-thinking leaders while driving meaningful engagement with target audiences
  • Speaking & Events Strategy
    • Identify and prioritize high-impact industry conferences, summits, and thought leadership forums where our consultants can establish market presence and credibility
    • Research and analyze speaking opportunities, evaluating audience quality, industry influence, and strategic alignment with our consulting priorities
    • Craft compelling speaker abstracts and presentation proposals that position our consultants' expertise in ways that resonate with event organizers and target audiences
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Expertise
    • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit, Youtube, and emerging professional social networking platforms
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization for different digital channels
    • Familiarity with influencer marketing and personal brand development strategies
  • Relationship Management & Collaboration
    • Cultivate partnerships with consultants, understanding their expertise, interests, and career aspirations
    • Provide personalized coaching on thought leadership development, personal branding, and media engagement
    • Facilitate connections between consultants and external opportunities, media, and industry leaders
