About the Role

We're seeking a senior marketing leader to oversee our global marketing strategy, driving growth across B2B client acquisition and talent attraction. This high-performing team lead will own the full marketing vision, from performance marketing and brand building to SEO and employer branding.

This role requires deep expertise in modern content practices, including optimisation for large language models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Oversight of unified marketing strategy across B2B and candidate funnels.
    • Translation of company goals into measurable marketing objectives and KPIs.
    • Prioritisation of marketing budget and performance tracking across all channels.
    • Collaboration with sales, recruitment, and leadership to align messaging, campaigns, and pipeline generation.
  • B2B Demand Generation
    • Ownership of inbound growth engine, focusing on SEO (organic search), paid advertising, LinkedIn, and conversion rate optimisation.
    • Guidance on strategy and execution for landing pages and funnel performance, ensuring UX best practices.
    • Optimisation of content and site structure for LLM discovery, improving visibility in AI-generated search summaries and answer boxes.
  • Website & Platform Oversight
    • Leadership of website strategy and execution, including oversight of WordPress CMS.
    • Collaboration with developers and designers to maintain performance, security, mobile optimisation, and UX best practices.
    • Continual improvement of site structure, tagging, schema, and content hierarchy for SEO and LLM indexing.
  • Talent Marketing & Employer Branding
    • Development and scaling of talent attraction engine across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
    • Ownership of employer branding strategy and creative direction to attract top global talent.
    • Maintenance of consistent message, visuals, and value proposition across all candidate-facing channels.
  • Team Leadership
    • Leadership and mentorship of cross-functional team across copy, design, social, SEO, and paid.
    • Definition of clear priorities, team KPIs, and accountability through reporting and agile processes.
    • Fostering of high-performance, collaborative culture within the team.
