As a Lead Conversion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty and driving business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to foster long-term relationships with customers, minimize attrition, and increase retention rates.
- Sales Performance: Identify and nurture high-potential leads, converting them into loyal customers through effective communication, needs assessment, and tailored product offerings.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of insurance products and services to provide exceptional customer advice and support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, leveraging these connections to drive future sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare performance reports as necessary and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor to meet operational requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Self-motivated and computer savvy
