
Customer Relations Executive

The Customer Relations Executive strategically drives sales through telemarketing, executes strategic plans, and maintains compliance with company policies. They cultivate client relationships, implement competitive strategies, monitor prices, gather competitive updates, and ensure timely and accurate reporting for effective sales progress tracking. Clients are reached and engaged through social media and online marketing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage potential customers and drive sales through phone interactions, answering inquiries, providing detailed information about products and services, and effectively handling orders and transactions.
- Follow prescribed scripts and employ expertise to ensure consistent and accurate information delivery to customers through calls. Address concerns, handle objections, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional post-sales support while developing new clients.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts by utilizing communication skills and product knowledge to identify potential customers and convert leads into sales. Provide valuable insights to sales and marketing managers and product managers to continuously improve products, services, and sales strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Execute product forecasting, monitor sales volume, competitive prices, operating expenses, and profitability to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement competitive strategies to achieve sales targets and outperform competitors.
- Manage slow-moving products by taking immediate action on product trials and initiating campaigns to boost sales.
- Execute promotional activities and conduct product surveys.
- Prepare daily activity reports and weekly plans to update management on sales progress and strategies.
- Ensure punctuality and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Perform other tasks, duties, and/or special job responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of solid working experience as a customer relations executive or telemarketing sales agent in the healthcare industry or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Social media savvy and well-versed in online marketing.
- Ability to create content for the promotion of products and sales negotiation through online marketing.
