We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team on a seasonal basis. This role requires someone who is professional, detail-oriented, collaborative, and a great communicator.

About the Role

This position involves ensuring all required cases are accurately and promptly followed up, verifying bank details and other key information, monitoring accounts, processing payments, and performing reconciliations. You will also be responsible for generating reports to support team operations, identifying trends in customer contacts, and proposing improvements proactively.

Working Requirements
  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setup: minimum of 2 screens, a headset, and a quiet, secure working environment.
  • Must be available for 40 hours per week, scheduled between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday.

  • You consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • You follow company procedures and maintain compliance.
  • You complete all daily assigned tasks from the client or manager.
