Job Title: Tax Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced tax accounting professional to join our team in a full-time remote position. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting-related tasks including tax return preparation, bookkeeping, and budgeting.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in an autonomous environment. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for accounting and taxation, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Return Preparation: Prepare personal and business tax returns, including all necessary schedules and forms, using firm templates and order of file procedures.
  • Bookkeeping and Budgeting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, prepare budgets, and perform reconciliations as needed.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct independent research on tax laws and regulations, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, CCH Access/ProFX Tax, and other relevant software.
  • Licensure: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred but not required.
