Job Overview

This is a full-time, independent contractor position with Crossover as Contractor of Record.

As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and activating high-potential resellers who are eager to leverage cutting-edge AI solutions.

  • Create curated lists of potential resellers, ranked by their revenue potential using AI insights
  • Build tailored onboarding experiences that enable resellers to sell our AI products quickly and confidently
  • Turn newly onboarded partners into active sellers who close deals and stay engaged in our AI-driven ecosystem

You will be expected to have advanced generative AI proficiency, utilizing multiple AI tools, automating workflows, and building custom GPTs. At least 2 years of channel sales experience, specifically in sourcing and onboarding new partners, is also required.
