Job Summary:
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strategies to attract potential customers and assist the sales team with lead generation. You will initiate contact with prospects through cold-calls or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to draw in new business opportunities
- Assist the sales team in generating leads
- Establish initial contact with potential customers
- Arrange meetings, emails, or phone calls
- Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver solutions to clients
- Contribute to knowledge sharing on client needs and context
Requirements:
To be successful as a Business Growth Specialist, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline
- Minimum of 3 years work experience and track record in lead generation, customer service, appointment setting, or a similar industry
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Familiarity with the recruitment industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications
