Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and ensuring seamless integration with our organizational goals.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage employee queries, concerns, and grievances related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in resolving employee disputes, maintaining accurate records, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding and Case Management:

  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and supported.
  • Manage and resolve HR cases efficiently, prioritizing timely responses and effective resolutions.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.

Compliance and Policy Development:

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Requirements


• 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field.


• Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and HR analytics tools.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.


• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and circumstances.
