Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff (housekeeping, F&B, engineering, etc.).
- Ensure proper onboarding, orientation, and training of employees.
- Maintain employee files, attendance, and payroll records.
- Administer benefits, government compliance, and labor law requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Support employee engagement programs and performance management.
- Assist in monitoring daily hotel operations to ensure service standards are met.
- Coordinate with department heads (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, etc.) for staffing and operational requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS"
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in HR and/or hotel operations.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and hotel operations procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Flexible schedule; willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willing to be assigned in Baguio City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
