Multilingual Healthcare Support Specialist

Gratitude Philippines seeks a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Multilingual Healthcare Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English, French, and Tagalog. With a strong background in customer service, preferably in healthcare management or a call center setting, you will excel in providing empathetic and effective support to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Educate members, family, providers, and caregivers on benefits and plan options.
- Accurately explain benefits and plan options in person, via email, fax, or telephonically.
- Provide follow-up with members by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, and identifying and explaining the solution.
- Escalate appropriate member issues to management or other departments as required.
- Participate in member-calling projects as assigned by management to support membership retention.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare management or a call center setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
- Must be a quick learner.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling upset members and offering solutions to their problems.
