HR Systems Administrator

At RCBC, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Systems Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work with cutting-edge technology and make a meaningful impact on our organization.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and other related systems. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless system operations, data integrity, and optimal performance.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HRIS operations, ensuring smooth system functionality and user experience.
- Maintain and update HRMS, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
- Anticipate, manage, and mitigate risks related to system usage and security.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT counterparts to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related queries and support.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and automation of HR processes.
- Lead projects to implement new features or modules within the HRIS.
- Develop and deliver training programs for HRIS users.
- Maintain and sustain technical and business expertise on assigned business domains and their associated technologies.
About You
- Hold a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Possess basic programming knowledge and experience in HRIS administration or HR-related IT roles.
- Be familiar with banking operations and possess adequate problem-solving and project management skills.
