Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports

  • Coordinate with suppliers for ordering raw materials and ingredients
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment
  • Organize and process supplier invoices
