HR Success Factor Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR SuccessFactors Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our SuccessFactors HR platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on administrative experience with SuccessFactors, not just as a user. This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and integration of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Learning, etc.) within our HR systems. The role requires a deep understanding of SuccessFactors' functionality, as well as the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve HR processes.Key Responsibilities:System Administration: - Configure, manage, and maintain SuccessFactors modules, ensuring all HR processes are properly supported and optimized. - Administer user access, roles, and permissions within SuccessFactors to ensure data security and compliance. - Perform system updates, configurations, and troubleshooting as necessary.Integration Management: - Ensure smooth integration of SuccessFactors with other HRIS and third-party applications. - Collaborate with IT teams to support seamless data transfer between SuccessFactors and other business systems. Data Management & Reporting: - Generate and maintain reports and dashboards within SuccessFactors for HR leadership and management teams. - Manage HR data migration, auditing, and troubleshooting processes to ensure data integrity across the system. System Optimization & Training: - Regularly assess and recommend improvements to SuccessFactors functionality to optimize HR operations. - Develop and conduct training for HR staff on using SuccessFactors effectively, ensuring smooth adoption and best practices.User Support & Troubleshooting: - Serve as the go-to administrator for SuccessFactors issues, troubleshooting problems related to functionality, data issues, and integrations. - Provide user support and guidance to HR teams and other internal stakeholders as needed.Compliance & Security: - Ensure that all system processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy laws). - Maintain documentation and training materials to ensure consistent HR processes across the organization.Requirements:- Proven experience as an HR SuccessFactors Administrator, not just as a user, with hands-on experience in managing and configuring SuccessFactors modules.- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with experience in at least one SuccessFactors module (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Recruitment).- Experience with data migration, reporting, and integrating SuccessFactors with other HR systems.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SuccessFactors functionality.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.- Excellent communication skills for training, support, and collaboration with HR teams and other departments.- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:- Certification in SuccessFactors Administration or related HR systems.- Experience in change management and driving HR technology adoption within organizations.
