A detail-oriented Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support the migration of historical learning records into Workday. The role will involve course creation, data cleanup, validation, testing, and reporting to ensure accurate and seamless data integration. The LMS Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency during and after the migration and will work closely with the HR Systems team for this project.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Migration & Course Creation:
- Lead the migration of historical learning records into Workday LMS.
- Create and configure courses within Workday Learning to match legacy records.
- Perform data cleanup and validation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Data Review & Testing:
- Review and test loaded data to verify successful migration.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors post-migration.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure alignment of learning records with business requirements.
System Administration & Reporting:
- Generate and analyze progress reports related to data migration and learning history.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on migration status.
- Support ongoing maintenance and administration of Workday LMS post-migration (optional).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in LMS administration, preferably with Workday Learning.
- Experience in data migration, data integrity review, and system testing.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with HRIS/LMS systems, specifically Workday Learning.
- Knowledge of data loading processes and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues effectively.
