We are seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Growth Manager to drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.

Responsibilities
  • Kick-off period: commit to hard work, prepare to develop high-leverage skills, take feedback quickly, deliver quality work on time, persevere, learn from repeated exercises.
  • Onboarding: align with the team, manage and collaborate with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist), maintain data integrity across analytics platforms, execute predictive models for clients, build growth forecasts, analyze data, align marketing calendars, monitor and adjust campaigns to meet key performance indicators, implement tests, and contribute to strategic plans.
  • Quality of work: maintain a delta within 5% of the forecast, align daily with client strategy, execute predictive models on time and with high quality.
  • Client communication: lead growth map goals, provide daily performance updates, ensure alignment with strategy and forecast, participate in weekly strategy calls.
  • Contributing back: share learnings system-wide and collaborate across teams.
Next-Level Skills
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication; adept at presenting to stakeholders.
  • Empathetic client messaging and strong data-driven storytelling.
  • Strong presentation skills and data analysis capability; familiarity with spreadsheet software and related tools.
