Product Leader

We are seeking a skilled Product Leader to drive the vision and strategy of our product suite.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience working closely with engineering teams and a proven ability to align product strategy with revenue growth and customer needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product decisions balance commercial and technical needs.
  • Represent product in engineering meetings, prioritising features, resolving trade-offs, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, shape features, and drive adoption.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Analyse usage and adoption metrics, continuously optimising the product based on insights.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management/ownership, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or marketplaces.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong experience working closely with engineering teams; ability to understand software architecture, APIs, and development workflows.
  • Commercial Acumen: Background in sales/marketing, with proven ability to align product strategy with revenue growth and customer needs.
  • Leadership: Ability to influence, inspire, and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Execution: Proven track record of delivering complex digital products from concept through to launch and growth.
  • Analytical & Strategic: Data-driven mindset with the ability to zoom out on vision while drilling down into detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to represent product both internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with agile development, product discovery, and roadmap prioritisation frameworks.
  • Previous leadership of a product team in a scaling SaaS company.
