Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in eCommerce performance creatives and be proficient in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

This role involves designing eye-catching ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, and YouTube thumbnails, as well as landing page assets and brand-consistent designs.

You will work closely with funnel strategists and copywriters to bring UX wireframes to life and interpret ad performance data to tweak creatives for better CTR, ROAS, and engagement.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to handle multiple fast-moving projects independently and asynchronously in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design static and animated ad creatives for various platforms.
  • Create graphics, headers, icons, and illustrations for landing pages.
  • Design within brand guidelines while elevating brand identity through fresh and creative concepts.
  • Interpret ad performance data to improve creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on ad design trends and top-performing formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing.
  • Proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing principles.
  • Ability to balance aesthetic polish with performance goals.
