Strategic Marketing Expert

A pivotal role for a seasoned marketer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, email campaigns, and e-commerce site management.

This is a high-impact position where you will be responsible for driving business growth through digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Google Ads, particularly Performance Max (PMAX), Shopping, and Search Campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Paid Advertising:
    • Develop compelling ad copy, perform keyword research, and analyze campaign data to improve return on investment.
    • Familiarity with Meta Ads is an asset (Facebook & Instagram).
  • eCommerce Management:
    • Confidently work with the Shopify Theme Editor and various Shopify apps.
    • Troubleshoot basic Shopify issues, maintain store hygiene, and resolve customer/order problems.
    • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Shopify Analytics.
    • Strong aesthetic sense, brand understanding, and conversion-focused mindset to contribute to landing page ideation, layout planning, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
    • Proficient in Canva for quick creative ideas and briefs to share with the design team.
  • SEO and Organic Traffic Growth:
    • Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
    • Collaborate with SEO agencies to enhance organic traffic, keyword rankings, clicks, and click-through rates.
  • Email Marketing & Automation:
    • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
    • Understanding of key D2C email flows such as Welcome Series, Cart Abandonment, and Lead Magnets.
    • Ability to create emails, review copy/design, and suggest improvements based on brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration, Teamwork & Coordination:
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. graphic designers) and external partners (SEO/email agencies, developers).
    • Coordinate asset requirements like Google Shopping thumbnails, landing page creatives, and email visuals.

This role requires 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments. Proficiency with marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting is essential.
