As an ERP Order Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless execution of order entry, tracking, and ERP-driven operations within our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, manage, and track customer orders within the company's enterprise resource planning system.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Support internal communication to guarantee all teams are informed and aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to enhance order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Collaborate with remote teams during standard EST working hours.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise resource planning systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
