Job Title:

A seasoned Supply Chain Consultant is sought after to leverage expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Sales Team in responding to functional requirements or questions during Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  2. Collaborate with the Sales Team to determine possible solutions to customer challenges through Sales Discovery sessions.
  3. Write business scenarios relevant to the customer based on information gathered during Discovery sessions.
  4. Configure D365 for various business processes, including Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management, Vendor Portal, and Manufacturing.
  5. Provide solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
  6. Document proposed Solution Overviews, including possible integrations, based on RFP and information gathered during Discovery sessions.
  7. Write design documents for customizations and reports for D365, capturing boundary conditions and including comprehensive test scenarios.
  8. Review design documents, data mapping, and integration mapping written by other team members.
  9. Lead Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and training for D365 and associated systems to clients and team members.
  10. Conduct one training session at Unify University annually.
  11. Write 2-3 D365 SCM functional blog articles per year for the company blog.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning
  • Conversational skills in English
