Ecommerce Business Operations Specialist

The Home-Based Online Store Program Manager plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of an online business. As the tactical expert, they will have hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing web interfaces for building customer E-Commerce sites, maintaining and updating existing customer E-Commerce sites, adding/updating items, customers, and locations in the ERP system, inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and ensuring visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
Providing outstanding customer service and responding to email and phone inquiries from sales associates and customers is also a critical aspect of the job. Additionally, the Home-Based Online Store Program Manager works closely with integrated partner networks to coordinate the integration and testing of templates/products on external systems.
Apart from these key tasks, the Home-Based Online Store Program Manager must prepare implementation letters and completion certificates, manage deadlines on E-Commerce site builds, and coordinate with sales associates and customer service teams to hand off projects upon completion.
