Job Title: HR and Payroll Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day data entry related activities for Payroll & Billing, and backup to Human Resources. This position will partner with market teams to ensure timely accurate payroll & billing, including following up on outstanding invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.

  2. Partner with market teams to ensure timely accurate payroll & billing, including following up on outstanding invoices.

  3. Process requests for clients and order setup, ensuring seamless operations.

  4. Monitor and address work orders in a timely manner, minimizing delays.

  5. Research client and associate escalations, providing prompt resolutions.

  6. Confirm and address direct deposit setups, ensuring accuracy.

  7. Participate in data efforts for special projects, contributing to the growth of our organization.

  8. Assist in daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic employee housekeeping, maintaining a smooth operation.

  9. Conduct internal audits and gaps analysis, identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University graduate with a strong academic record.
  • Excellent English fluency is required, with any knowledge of Spanish being a bonus.
  • Computer proficiency, specifically with MS Office/Google Suite and Quickbooks.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role is ideal.
  • Access to sufficient computer equipment and internet access at office and at home is necessary.
