We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Payroll Specialist III. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality and efficient payroll, benefits, and HR administration services to our clients.

1. Payroll Administration: Perform a full range of customer out-sourced activities within Dayforce's Managed Services offering, including but not limited to the management and maintenance of New Hires and Terminations, Leave Administration, 3rd party maintenance (unions, workers compensation, pension and benefit providers), Reporting, Liaise with 3rd party vendors and government agencies, Calendar of Events, Change Controls, Inquiry Management and Issue Resolution activities, Year End (forms processing, monthly, quarterly, and annual balancing), Tax and Remittance filing / reconciliation, Process documentation, Maintaining a working knowledge of legislative requirements and changes.
2. Customer Service: Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer's requirements and their changing needs to ensure services delivered are as per contractual obligations and in accordance with customer SLAs.
3. Communication: Communicate effectively and consistently (in writing and verbally) to customers, employees, internal partners, and 3rd party vendors in accordance with SLAs.
4. Process Improvement: Deliver on established quality targets and continually review processes and tools with an aim to improve and optimize service experience.

1. Experience: At least three years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a high-volume environment.
2. Skill and Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills, Proficient in using various software applications, PCP Certification (or obtained within 18 months of employment).
3. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
4. Work Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
