Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing guidance and comprehensive HR support.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions.
  • Align HR initiatives and people strategy with business needs.
  • Develop new HR policies and review existing policies, tools, and processes to stay dynamic and agile.
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline workflow and increase productivity.
Requirements:
  • BA degree preferably in Human Resources or a business-related field.
  • Proven track record with at least 7 years of experience in managing a diverse HR team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
