Strategic Financial Planning Leader



Overview of the Position

The successful candidate will lead financial planning and analysis initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business strategy and goals.
  3. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and scalability within finance.
  4. Collaborate with IT to implement innovative solutions using tools like NetSuite and Power BI.
  5. Analyze financial performance and variances, providing recommendations for decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in a leadership or senior-level role.
  • Strong technical skills in ERP and analytics tools, such as NetSuite and Power BI.
  • Excellent leadership presence and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
