About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Employee Engagement & Talent Management professional to join our team in General Santos City, South Cotabato. This full-time role focuses on driving employee engagement, managing talent strategies, and supporting a thriving workplace culture. You will also lead the planning and hosting of key employee events that strengthen collaboration and organizational spirit.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs, including event management and hosting activities.
- Lead talent management initiatives such as talent assessments (supervisors and above), workforce planning, and performance management.
- Oversee Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to support continuous career growth across all levels.
- Manage the operator competency matrix and track technical training to ensure role readiness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and LLC Corp HR on the ProTech job grading project.
- Monitor developmental assignments and probationary evaluations, ensuring timely closure and follow-up.
- Conduct organizational health assessments and provide data-driven HR insights.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of HR experience in employee engagement and talent management.
- Proven ability to plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, and talent initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills across all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
