We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the overall operation of our website and ensuring a seamless user experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform.
  • Ensure timely and effective customer service through prompt response to inquiries and concerns.
  • Optimize product listings and content to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts, layouts, and promotional activities that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve PPC advertisement campaigns and social media engagement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries.
  • Proven skills and knowledge of content, product, and inventory management.
  • Experience with SEO and non-technical SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics for project management and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of CSS Media Queries.
