Job Overview:
Swee Lee is seeking a talented and highly motivated Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for music, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in crafting effective email marketing campaigns and automated email flows on Klaviyo. As the Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and Marketing Project Manager to develop, execute, and optimise Swee Lee's email marketing campaigns across the regions we operate in. This role requires a deep understanding of Klaviyo, exceptional analytical skills in key metrics, and the ability to create compelling content to drive customer engagement and sales.
Responsibilities:
Email Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Develop personalised and automated email flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, product recommendations, post-purchase follow-ups, and more.
- Create and manage segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups effectively.
- Keep up to date with email marketing trends through competitor research and benchmarking.
Content Creation & Design
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to develop engaging email content, including promotional offers, product highlights, and educational content.
- Design email banners for ad-hoc email campaign requests.
- Ensure all email templates are mobile-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with the Swee Lee brand identity.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue generated.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email designs, and content to optimise campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Integration & Collaboration
- Work closely with the e-commerce, retail, and customer support teams to integrate email marketing with other digital marketing efforts, including social media and paid advertising.
- Ensure seamless integration between Klaviyo and the company's e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with customer service and local retail teams to align email campaigns with broader business goals.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience using Klaviyo to manage email marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and banner design.
- Familiarity with B2C marketing, e-commerce, the music industry, and a passion for music and musical instruments.
- Proficiency in analysing campaign performance data and creating actionable insights.
- Experience with Shopify integrations with Klaviyo.
- Experience working with other marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- High, creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively within a global team.
