Key Customer Service Ambassador

As a customer service representative, you will be the face of our company and play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, live chat, and social media.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns. You must provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential, both written and verbal. At least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
Working from home is an option for this role, but you must have a personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent. A minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed is also required.
