Job Description

The Customs Systems Trainer will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees on Cargowise and JSM/JIRA. This individual will design and implement a systems training plan for the Customs BU, conducting training sessions for new hires and coordinating with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective training methods.

  • Create comprehensive training materials and deliver engaging training sessions
  • Evaluate team strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
  • Maintain and update a training matrix to track progress and performance
  • Develop and implement e-learning courses as relevant

This role requires a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. If you are passionate about training and development, and have experience designing and delivering training programs, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Operational knowledge of airfreight, sea freight, or road freight
  • Expertise in Cargowise and JSM/JIRA
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
