Job Overview

This is an administrative role that plays a vital part in our team's success. As a key member, you will contribute to the timely transport of critical goods such as hearing aids and medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing performance according to standard quality metrics.
  • Organize training for new employees on new tasks.
  • Analyze team performance to plan, communicate, and present training to stakeholders.
Daily Tasks
  • Ensure smooth performance of all activities and tasks.
  • Test new tasks and procedures.
  • Introduce tasks to new employees.
  • Manage employee performance and development.
  • Participate actively in employee development initiatives.
Compliance and Standards

Adhere to legal regulations, company policies, standards, and codes of conduct.

Administrative Duties
  • Documentation and reporting including mistake reports and other assigned reports.
  • Manage employee development, conduct regular reviews, and identify potential leaders.
  • Rotate staff as needed to facilitate knowledge sharing with managerial approval.
Quality Assurance
  • Follow guidelines and standards where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP/GxP standards for pharmaceutical clients where applicable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, IT, Business, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience.
  • Advanced MS Office skills; SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Leadership qualities and motivational skills.
  • Strong communication skills across international teams.
  • Organizational skills, initiative, motivation, and discipline.
  • Experience in process analysis and documentation.
