Customer Experience Transformation Leader

Our team is seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead the development of a high-performing Customer Experience (CX) unit. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of professionals to ensure consistent achievement of service levels and customer satisfaction.

Key aspects of this critical role include:

  • Operational Excellence: Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing robust quality control processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Building: Leveraging data and insights to refine Phone Support processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity within the team.

You will work closely with us to:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and train new joiners for the role as the main point of contact.
  • Document all team activities and outcomes to maintain clear records and identify trends.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 2+ years in a similar leadership or customer service management position with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of improving and maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with customer service tools, analytics platforms, and quality assurance systems.
