Technology Strategy and Transformation Leader

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology strategy, architecture, and operating model design, with experience in delivering large-scale technology transformation programs.

  • Tech Strategy Expertise: Assist clients in developing technology roadmaps that align with their business objectives, leveraging next-gen technologies to deliver value proposition.
  • Cloud Expertise: Support senior IT leadership in designing cloud strategies and architectures that optimize resources and improve efficiency.
  • IT Operating Model: Develop and implement effective IT operating models that support business agility and resilience.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 12 years of working experience in technology strategy and transformation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technology strategy, architecture, and operating model design.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of banking technology landscape, including digital banking capabilities and underlying technology solutions.
