Senior CX Transformation Consultant

This is a key leadership position in our organization, responsible for delivering customer experience and contact center transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have expertise in leading CCaaS and CX platforms to drive projects that optimize customer service operations, enable omni-channel engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for enterprise contact centers, including service strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Oversee end-to-end contact center engagements across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Promote the adoption of CCaaS migrations and implement AI, automation, analytics, and conversational platforms to enhance customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to co-create innovative assets, frameworks, and thought leadership in the CX/CCaaS space.
Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of experience in Contact Center Transformation Consulting.
  • Strong technical expertise in at least one major platform: Genesys Cloud, Google CCAI, Nice CXone, Five9, Sprinklr, Salesforce Service Cloud, or RingCentral.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver large-scale transformation projects, from solutioning to implementation.
