We seek a seasoned Transformation Leader to spearhead our Employee Experience initiatives. This individual will drive the entire employee lifecycle, fostering an exceptional workplace that attracts, retains, and grows top talent.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement, collaborating closely with our TA and People Operations Directors to develop strategies that deliver business impact.

  • Leverage data and technology to continuously improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic Talent Acquisition plans to secure high-quality candidates.
  • Oversee HR Operations to ensure alignment between people strategy and business goals.
  • Design competitive Compensation & Benefits programs to enhance employee retention.
  • Drive Employee Engagement & Retention initiatives that foster loyalty and growth.
  • Mentor and coach TA and People Operations Directors to ensure strong succession planning.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the BPO industry, with at least 4 years at Director level.
  • Demonstrated long tenure in past organizations with steady career progression.
  • Expertise across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and HR tech transformation track record.
  • Excellent communication, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
