Your Role as Team Leader

You will oversee a combination of autonomous accounts, account teams with dedicated Shift Leads, or teams led by Team Captains managing at least 4 team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading day-to-day operations of your team(s)
  • Serving as a point of escalation for issues outside agent or Team Captain authority
  • Collaborating with Service Delivery Manager and People Manager to identify growth opportunities for team members

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management: Identify growth opportunities, monitor attendance, punctuality, and other people issues
  • Performance Quality Management: Monitor and assess performance, provide feedback through regular coaching and reviews
  • Logistics: Ensure team needs and equipment are met, recommend alternatives to tools and products
  • Internal Coordination: Assist with career path development, training plans, and culture building
  • External Communications: Understand client needs, master company offerings, investigate and solve complex requests or complaints

YOU HAVE…

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • At least 3 years of client-facing experience
  • At least 2 years of coaching experience
  • Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new technology and systems
