We are looking for a professional to provide top-notch support to our customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the key contact for dealing with customer inquiries and resolving any technical issues they may have.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast and personalized support to customers via phone, email, or video call
  • Work on a ticket system to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
  • Offer application support on our platform, including configurations and integrations with other CRM platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Support Specialist in a SaaS company is a must
  • Proven experience with CRM integrations and implementation is necessary
  • Familiarity with business applications and CRM software is required
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Information Systems is required
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory
