Job Title: Bid Content Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support our bid team in creating high-quality proposals that win contracts. As a Bid Content Specialist, you will work collaboratively with internal departments to research, draft, and submit tailored responses to Invitations to Tender.

You will be responsible for assisting in content development, collaboration, compliance, and quality control. Your role will involve working effectively under pressure to manage competing deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

Your Responsibilities
  • Content Development:
    • Assist in drafting and editing responses to Invitations to Tender.
    • Tailor bid content to accurately address client needs and highlight company strengths.
  • Collaboration:
    • Liaise with colleagues across departments to collect information for proposals.
    • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into bid documentation.
  • Compliance and Quality Control:
    • Proofread all bid documents for grammatical accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
    • Ensure proposals comply with corporate branding and quality standards.
  • Research and Information Gathering:
    • Conduct market and client research to shape tender responses effectively.
    • Maintain a database of prior bids and responses for future use.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Track and report on bid progress against set timelines.
    • Support the maintenance of a bid calendar, ensuring alignment with submission deadlines.
Your Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools.
  • Experience or strong knowledge in bid writing, marketing, or project planning.
