Government Contracting Specialist

Join our team as a Government Contracting Specialist, and play a critical role in growing our government contract portfolio. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage the bidding process for U.S. government contracts.

  • Leading and managing the bidding process for U.S. government contracts is a challenging but rewarding experience.

Key responsibilities include analyzing government solicitations, preparing and submitting competitive bids and proposals, conducting cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment, collaborating with internal teams, liaising with government agencies and contracting officers, tracking bid status, conducting post-bid evaluations, implementing lessons learned, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of government contracting platforms, and monitoring competitors and market trends.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, and proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts. Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes is essential. Expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation, is also required.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with federal agencies or government contract platforms, knowledge of specific industry requirements for service apartment rentals or pest control, certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP), and demonstrated success in securing large-scale government contracts.
