Role Overview: Bid / Content Writer

At FeelDX, we craft immersive content that transforms the way construction projects are communicated and delivered. As a Bid / Content Writer, you'll play a crucial role in translating our technical expertise and creative vision into compelling proposals and narratives that win work.

You'll work at the intersection of storytelling and strategy, turning project information, methodologies, and visual content into persuasive bid responses, tender submissions, EOIs, capability statements, and marketing material that reflect our brand and resonate with clients across infrastructure, construction, and development sectors.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented writer with a strategic mindset who can bring clarity, consistency, and a competitive edge to our bids and content across local and international markets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and write high-impact bid and tender submissions (EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, Capabilities) in alignment with client requirements and FeelDX brand tone.

• Collaborate with project teams, planners, designers, and directors to extract technical content and transform it into clear, compelling, client-focused copy.

• Develop supporting content, including methodology statements, team bios, project case studies, and value propositions tailored to each bid.

• Edit and polish technical information, ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance across documents.

• Contribute to broader marketing and communications materials, such as website content, sales decks, internal communications, and campaign collateral.

• Maintain and manage a content library of reusable assets, templates, and project data to streamline future submissions.

• Work across time zones and collaborate with an agile, supportive international team using modern tools and workflows.

Operations Coordinator and Senior Visualiser

Who You Are

• A confident communicator and writer with strong attention to detail and the ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple, compelling way.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bid writing, technical writing, or content development, preferably within construction, architecture, engineering, or a related industry.

• Strong understanding of tendering and proposal processes, including compliance, formatting, and submission requirements.

• Experience working with subject matter experts (SMEs), designers, and senior leadership in fast-paced environments.

• Skilled in content strategy, persuasive writing, and editing, with a solid grasp of tone, grammar, and brand voice.

• Familiarity with project terminology, planning methodologies, or BIM (3D/4D/5D) is a strong advantage.

• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.

• Organised, efficient, and able to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fun environment
