Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social media advertising professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, ensuring campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing ad creatives.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to align Facebook ad campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within an agency specifically in Facebook ads or working in a paid social role.
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising.
  • Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and how it is used.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize client results and work to create and hit goals and targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for team interaction and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
