Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social media content specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and creating engaging content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

They will be responsible for developing innovative strategies to increase engagement and followers, planning and producing the entire social media content calendar, monitoring and measuring marketing efforts, and utilizing the latest techniques and tools to grow followers.

Additionally, they will collaborate with the executive team to drive traffic to corporate websites, stay vigilant about competitors' online presence, and apply best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative strategies to increase engagement and followers
  • Plan, manage, and produce the entire social media content calendar
  • Monitor, measure, and optimize social media marketing efforts
  • Utilize the latest techniques and tools to grow followers on social media
  • Capture and post high-quality images of products, spaces, and employees with informative captions
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive traffic to corporate websites
  • Stay vigilant about competitors' online presence and apply best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven social media expertise
  • Avid tech enthusiast
  • At least 1 year of experience in building and maintaining a brand/page on social media
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or digital marketing (samples required)
  • Attention to detail and passion for refining skills
  • Strong writing and editing skills for compelling social media captions and posts
  • Ability to create reports and present status during meetings
  • Effective task management and prioritization
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and high motivation
  • Discipline and ability to work remotely
