About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to lead our online presence. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in shaping our brand's digital identity.

This is a dynamic position that requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent copywriting skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes.

  • Content Creation & Curation:
    • Design visually appealing content that meets our brand standards.
    • Select and curate relevant content from various sources.
  • Scheduling & Publishing:
    • Manage and schedule posts across multiple platforms.
    • Monitor and engage with the community on all channels.
  • Community Management:
    • Build and nurture relationships with our audience through thoughtful interactions.
    • Collaborate with influencers and creators to expand our reach.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies.
    • Provide actionable insights to refine our approach.
  • Platform Management:
    • Keep our profiles optimized and polished.
    • Experiment with new features and formats to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the wedding, fashion, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Zoho Social, Publer).
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
